  • All freight requires a signature, so someone must be home to accept the delivery.
  • You MUST EXAMINE all the furniture pieces for damage before signing the receipt. Signing the receipt is giving up your right to claim insurance on the furniture shall you discover damages afterward.
Our products are made with 2.5cm aluminum tubes with steal reinforcement and stainless steel pins that mount the wicker to the frame. This is commercial grade construction. Most of the products on the market are made with 2.2cm aluminum and iron pins. With 2.2cm aluminum frame it will bend when heavy person sits on it. That is why most of them don’t list their weight capacity. With iron pins and once the pins rust, the wicker will become loose and the product will fall apart. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. In this case many products’ weakest links are the pins.
